Liam is the founder of Full Circle Management and a proponent of creating a more sustainable and humanzing culture in the talent representation industry.

He began his career at the renowned HAWI Management agency, where he worked for 8 years as the Director of Creative Marketing and played an integral role in the firm’s rapid growth and establishing its position as a leading agency in the sport of Olympic track & field.

At HAWI Management, Liam took part in the careers of running icons Meb Keflezighi (the four-time Olympian and winner of the Boston and NYC marathons, considered the greatest men’s marathon runner in US history), Kathrine Switzer (the running pioneer who was famously pushed off the Boston Marathon course before becoming its first official women’s finisher) and Alexi Pappas, the multihyphenate Olympian, author, filmmaker and podcaster who reshaped thinking on the career possibilities available to professional athletes through her gifts in creativity and community building.

Liam specializes in constructing unique, all-encompassing brand partnerships that go beyond the transactional, and has experience with corporate partners including Toyota, Volvo, T-Mobile, Oura Ring, Walgreens, Champion, Gatorade, Therabody, Airbnb, Garmin, Michelob Ultra, Maker’s Mark, iFit, Mastercard, Salesforce, Bridgestone, United Airlines and every major footwear and apparel company.

Liam is a World Athletics authorized athlete representative and the Pro Athlete Director for the Los Angeles Marathon.
